Leaked on the First Use
I was disappointed with this kettle. The first time I used it to boil water, it started leaking. This is a serious issue for an electric kettle and makes it unsafe to use. The product looked fine when it arrived, and I had so much positivity about the kettle that I didn’t use it immediately. Unfortunately, by the time I eventually used it and discovered the leakage, the return period had already expired, so I was unable to return it. I would not recommend this kettle unless the leakage issue is properly resolved.
