Binatone Iron (Not satistifed)

It burnt my cloth within 2seconds.. which good iron does that? Also it has some scratch on the Soleplate which simply meants it's not original (maybe refurbised). Water tank too little that it finishes fast. Delivery was fast and the packaging was poor (carton compressed). Jumia team, please do sth about this.
