Charger stopped working
After 3 months of usage, the charger stopped working. It was hard to reach the customer care. When I finally reached them, they told me to go to Oshodi to complain. By the way I stay in ogun state and they obviously saw my delivery/pick up station is in ogun state. So you mean I should transport myself to Oshodi when I can easily buy another charger for the transport money. They claimed there is guarantee, but what are you going to loss to get your product in good condition. Horrible service to Jumia and horrible product getting back in just 3 months.

Fans are not rechargeable. Fans do not have any batteries internally and go off immediately when it is unplugged or put off from the AC mains. This was purely fraud and I bought 2 !!!
