It's not an Air conditioner, and its cooling is nowhere near that of one. If you put cold water in it and regularly add ice, it will give you very cool air, but still nowhere near an A/C. With room-temperature water, it blows cool air that's better than a normal fan; you will enjoy it more in the rainy season than the hot season because everywhere is too hot, but it's still better than a fan. Better in small rooms, or you just set it to yourself. Will I recommend this product? No, I feel it's too expensive for what it does; better to buy an AC. It also drains small solar or power stations, consuming a whopping 120W, so if you are like me that wanted to use it for that, no try am oo.
