The fan is sturdy and good for the price but here are a few observations to help guide anyone looking to purchase this particular product. 1. The band used to keep the fan grill in place did not come with a nut, I suspect this is a factory error so I had to use wire clippers to keep the fan grill in place. 2. The fan does nor perform optimally when the current is low, if you live in an area where the current fluctuates, I will advise that you invest in a good stabilizer or a surge protector switch to protect the appliance. * Bonus point :- If you read the manual it is clearly stated that the fan should not be plugged directly to your power source without using a stabilizer or surge protector as this could void your warranty. Overall the fan works well and it even has an air freshness compartment where you can soak the foam in a diffuser or an air freshener of your choice to keep your space smelling nice. Be careful to use fresheners that are not harmful to you.
