No manual guide or instructions

I saw a steel-pin inside the wrist watch pack but I don't know what it is meant for . Please I'd like to know it uses and again the date on the wristwatch is not correct , I don't know how to set it, I expect that there should be a manual guide inside the pack to read about the watch but no manual guide whatsoever
