I bought the AXA Mansard Jumia Protect for the latest device I bought from Jumia. Unfortunately, the screen is damaged and I have been struggling to get across to Mansard. I sent an email to AXA Mansard on November 29, 2018 and has not received a response till this moment. I have also called their customer service line and waiting on the line for several minutes without anyone attending to me. I wouldn't give up though.
