Escalated Cracked screen on 10' Teclast tablet and was seeking information on claim procedure. I was rudely r transferred to alternate department upon which no agent ever picked up. Several failed attempts left me with choice than to start looking for other way of fixing the tablet which is also not yet successful. I think you should stop selling this service as it doesn't seem to be functional.
