I returned my first purchase bcos of the physical conditions (it looked used) and poor battery performance though sound was perfect. Bcos of the sound quality i made a second purchase. My third purchase, which I'm reviewing, was disappointing. Same speaker, same brand and model but different sound quality. This last purchase was so bad (poor sound quality, no bass) that I had to dash it out. I had no energy to go through a return process.
