This product greatly minimised my hair breakage. It is a powerful protein treatment that fills up the tiny cracks and breaks in our strands that eyes can't see. Although it's a temporary solution and should be used once very 6 weeks. It comes with a manual on how to use but I'd recommend seeing a professional to help with application if you don't know how.
