I'm a first-time user of this product, and I just purchased it a few days ago. The pump doesn't work, I have to unscrew the cap each time I want to use it. Also, the color of the Lotion isn't white but very light brown. I had to watch videos to confirm that it's supposed to appear like so. I had only started use, so I can't say much about its effectiveness
