Firstly, it disconnects abnormally. I could have the pods in my ear with my phone in pocket and it would start glitching. I thought it was a battery problem at first, then I charged it again and it still had the disconnection problem. The product description also said there was a 10m distance for connectivity, but with my earlier problem that seemed to be a big exaggeration. Battery wise, it doesn't last up to the 2hr description but the charging case makes up for it most of the time. It's the reason I'm giving this product a two-star rating. But then again, it's what most of us would get for the price it was sold for. I just wish they'd stop telling lies on the product description to gain more customers.
