It actually exfoliates the skin, and i feel the spots on my face kind of drying up, though i'm yet to use the sachet meant for blackheads, I just see that in 3 days that I've used it the spots on my face are drying up and probably peel of gradually whenever I wear the mask, overall you should buy it it's a good product
