installation problem

Include pictorial catalog in your manual, that way people see for themselves how to install the gadget. Reading instructions sometimes don't sit well. Like now the freezer I bought days ago, after installing yesterday now, it's not working. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if the freezer itself is not good.
