Good Product, Unprofessional Delivery Conduct

I haven’t used the gas cooker yet but I had like to make a complaint, The delivery driver, Audu Abudu, always expects a tip and has started acting as if tipping is mandatory. I usually tip him voluntarily, but I don’t appreciate being pressured into it, especially after I’ve already paid for my order and delivery… Jumia should look into this issue, as tipping should always be optional and based on the customer’s choice, not an expectation.
