Not as described on-line.

The online description stated that a license number would be included. The ONLY thing included was a slip of paper telling to ring a US Toll Free number to obtain the license number. This is not a secure way to obtain the license number and renders the product as unusable. I have already requested for a refund (even though the item is classed as non-returnable).
