Dubious seller
Sold a scratched and non functional cd without an operation manual to me. I tried calling Jumia customer care for a refund but was left with an automated response machine in the guise that all their refund agents were busy. The one non-refund agent I could reach refused to listen to my complaints because I said it was about a refund. Spent over a thousand Naira on call credit without being able to lay my complaints. Bad seller, bad customer service!
