Not good at all

The device is horrible, to be very honest. Not a good experience at all. The PTZ is frustrating, most times a single tap makes it move all the way to the end of each direction you tap, making it impossible to set the position you want. Then if you decide to switch the WiFi connection to another the app states “WiFi successfully switched” but then the device goes offline and the only way to reconnect it is to take it down and reset again and again. Worst part is that you can’t reach out to their customer service as it is only available in Spanish or some similar language… Such a frustration to purchase for such an amount. Not recommended.
