Active Ingredients
Angelica archangelica, Curcuma zedoaria, Cassia angustifolia, Fraxinus ornus, Carlina acaulis, Commiphora molmol (myrrh), Rheum rhabarbarum, Cinnamomum camphora, Valeriana officinalis, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Elettaria cardamomum, Crocus sativus.
Indications
Herbal medicine for managing insomnia, promotes blood circulation and for strengthening the immune system.
Dosage
One tablespoonful (15ml) twice daily. Dilute in 125ml (half glass) of warm water before meals.
