Where’s the product?

I couldn’t get the gloss on the applicator, I kept getting minimal amounts and it was too sticky on my lips, maybe it’s due to shimmers. I usually like products from Burt’s bees but this time around it was lacking. I gave it to a friend and she liked it, maybe different strokes. . .
