Rich in Vitamin C, Seelect Tea’s Organic Blueberry Leaf Tea is said to help ward off colds, flus, and sore throats. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea bag, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.

Product, at least as I have received it so far is Blueberry Leaf Tea as indicated by the label in the photo, rather than "Blueberry Tea" indicated in the heading. Only the leaf tea makes a decent everyday tea, and this one tastes quite good.
