Allium Sativum (Garlic) contains high amount of allicin. Garlic can be uses as an antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal agent. Allicin is a beneficial sulfur containing compound. Garlic has shown to improve immunity, stabilise blood sugar levels and brain health.
Garlic also contains diallyl disulfide, an anti inflammatory compound that limits the effect of pro inflammatory cytokines. 
Silybum Marianum : The active ingredients is Silymarin. Silymarin extracted from milk thistle is said to have anti oxidant, antiviral and anti inflamatory properties.

Dosage:
