binatone is always top

You cant go wrong with it... its 16inch but wind power is way more than most 18inch. For a small room, though. Wind power covers long distance. It doesn't come with a battery, but i plug in your 12v dc, and works exactly as an inverter fan. It doesn't drag ur battery on startup... its starts slow and then, boom. I reallly recommend.
