A gentle,
alcohol-free toner, formulated for normal and oily skin, that leaves the
skin feeling fresh & soothed after cleansing. Witch Hazel is a
natural anti-inflammatory that helps tighten pores and reduce swelling.
DIRECTIONS
After
cleansing, saturate a cotton round with Witch Hazel Oil Control Toner.
Apply to face in a circular motion. Use morning and night before serum
and moisturizer.
