Impressive creativity with product descriptions
I ordered a 45W 2.37A adapter and received a 33W 1.75A one. Different product, same packaging and price. I am genuinely in awe of the confidence it takes to ship something, knowing it is not what was ordered and still seal the box. The specifications says 19V 2.37A. What arrived says 19V 1.75A. These are not the same numbers, Jumia really needs to work on sellers using misleading words just to get sales on their products. I checked twice using both the product details and the images before making an order as i saw someone already leave a bad review concerning the model sent and got exactly the same thing as him, even what you advertise on the image is different from the products specifications and you even gave be a worse product that neither matches the product image or even the products specs you listed, do you guys think everybody in Nigeria is not tech savy? honestly you guys can do better, either come out clean and sell what you advertise or at least have the decency of showing the right specifications for what you sell. If you enjoy receiving random undervalue electronics that may or may not match what you paid for, this seller is for you
