suggested use: the aroma may help with cough and congestion.  it can also be added to cleaning recipes to offer a powerfully fresh aroma.  during the holidays, it is a favorite and familiar scent to diffuse, remininiscent of christmas trees.

t0pically, it can be found in a variety of muscle rub products, and helps with aches, stiffness, and circulation.  dilute this essential oil to two percent with t0pical use, which equals about ten drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. 

history: this tree gets its botanical name, pinus grandis, for its grand tallness.  it can reach over two hundred feet tall.
