Sugar The default setting of the bread maker is 8 hours, however to achieve the firm consistency of a pouring yoghurt, it is recommended to manually increase the time of the appliance to 12 hours. Alternatively, for a thicker consistency, use the default time setting of the yoghurt maker, but add milk powder.
