Direction of Use:
This is a very versatile toner as it can be used in any of three different ways:
1. Use as a toner and apply with a cotton pad after cleansing.
2. Use as cleansing water and apply with a cotton pad to remove light makeup or grime from the day.
3. Decant toner into a pump bottle and use it as a facial mist to refresh and hydrate your skin. You can also mist the toner onto a cotton pad this way.
