Acorbic C-1000mg Vitamin C can help to boost the effectiveness of glutathione supplements. Sometimes known as ascorbic acid, vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin found in such foods as citrus fruits, green and leafy vegetables, tomatoes and cauliflower. In addition to the formation of collagen, vitamin C is a key protector of the body from the ravages of potentially harmful free radicals, as well as an effective aid in maintaining a healthy immune system.
Usage: 650 mg daily for children 4-8 years, 1200 mg daily for children 9-13 years, and 1800 mg daily for adolescents 14-18 years.
