Good exfoliation. Really like the amount of abrasiveness this product offers. Did not like the smell, or the after smell when washed off. It looks like green mint toothpaste coming out. Maybe that tricked my brain into smelling something off??? I would recommend using your hands to rub/wash self with this product. At first I used my body sponge and the product dispursed throughout the large netting. Then used my hands and I enjoyed it. Just really don't like the smell. And a little expensive for this bottle, which was smaller than expected.
