Melano free cream is a medical product for skin lightening cream and the treatment of hyperpigmentation cases as melasma, freckles, and acne dark spots. It also lightens and even tones the skin, removes joint darkenings, etc. Composition:  4%: lightening and fading excess pigment.  0.05: micro-peeling/ cell renewal.  0.01%: Anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation.
