2. WEAR AND HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: The first layer of build plate is PEI powder spraying, matte texture, wear resistant, not easy to scratch, can be good adhesion to various printing materials, such as PLA, ABS, TPU, TETG, nylon, temperature resistance up to 200℃
3. ELASTIC WITHOUT DEFORMATION: The second layer is the spring plate, possess good flatness. Spring steel is specially used to make springs and elastic components, which has the ability to deform flexibly and is difficult to be permanently deformed by human hands
4. SOFT BASE: The third layer of magnetic base of build plate is made of soft magnetic rubber, has soft texture, and has good magnetic and temperature resistance, with the back glue, can be directly affixed to the hot bed platform, long term high temperature resistance of 130℃, far exceed the temperature resistance of 70℃ on the market
5. FROSTED PRINTING: The surface adhesion of spring steel build plate is strong, no glue is needed, cold printing can be achieved, and no warping edge, the bottom surface of the printed product with frosted effect, fine and beautiful
