Mobile APP Download & WiFi Pairing (Key steps)

• Download the corresponding monitoring APP
• (The APP download QR code is available on the body sticker or in the manual – priority should be given to the instructions on the device itself.)
• For iOS: search the name in the App Store and download.
• For Android: download from the app store or scan the QR code on the manual.
• Pre‑setup on your phone
• Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz home WiFi (the device does not support 5G WiFi – you must switch to 2.4G).
• Turn on Bluetooth and location permissions on your phone, and grant the APP full access (photos, microphone, notifications).
• APP pairing process
• Register/log in to your APP account, and tap the “+ Add Device” button at the top right of the home page.
• Select device type: Camera / WiFi Pan‑Tilt 
• Confirm that the indicator light is flashing and the voice prompt is heard, then tap Next.
• Enter your home 2.4G WiFi name and password (case‑sensitive).
• Choose one of two pairing methods:
• Sound wave pairing: point your phone speaker at the camera; the APP emits a sound wave, and the device will say “Pairing successful” once received.
• QR code pairing: the APP generates a QR code; hold the screen in front of the camera lens to scan.
• Wait 30–60 seconds – the APP will show the device online. You can then customise the device name (e.g. Living Room, Hallway).
• Reset (if pairing fails)
• There is a SET reset pinhole at the bottom/side of the body. While powered on, use a toothpick to press and hold for 5 seconds. 
• You’ll hear a reset voice prompt and the indicator will flash rapidly – then you can re‑pair.
• Note: Due to network or phone fluctuations, connection may fail occasionally – that’s normal. 
• Please take your time and re‑read the manual to try pairing again. It’s not a product defect – thank you for your understanding.

Precautions

• Ensure stable installation: If installing the camera on the ceiling or other locations, be sure to hang it securely to prevent the camera from falling and causing injury.
• Function adaptation: Install to avoid obstruction and cover target areas (such as doorways); Choose one with infrared night vision at night and confirm that the infrared distance is compatible.
