This handy meat slicer looks just like the ones in the butcher’s yet has been designed to be compact enough for home use in the kitchen. If you want to make the most of the food you cook this is the machine for you. Take your leftover roasts and slice them up for lunch box sandwiches, cut equal slices of homemade bread or lay out a delicious platter of meats and cheeses when entertaining guests. 
Your food slicer comes equipped with a powerful 150 watt motor but benefits from quiet running. The blades spin at a consistent, steady speed to allow for easy cutting. You don’t need to apply lots of pressure to the food press - just hold the food steady and glide the carriage across the blades for even slices.
The machine comes with non-slip feet to help keep it steady and the food press doubles as a blade guard, keeping your fingers out of the way of any moving parts. This plastic guard fits over the side of the food guide to prevent it slipping away from you during use.
Whether you want to create wafer thin parma ham or some chunky crusts of bread this machine can handle the task. Using the simple dial on the back of the machine you can choose to set the blades to cut anywhere between 1mm and 15mm. Remember not to press too hard when cutting the food otherwise your slices won’t be even.
Your machine comes with three different 19cm cutting blades. The serrated bread blade is great for any freshly made loaves as well as hard cheese. The Meat Blade is best suited to softer cheeses as well as the full range of deli-style meats. We’ve also include a universal blade that will handle just about everything else!
This meat slicer is powerful but compact enough to be used in the kitchen. It is just 37cm long, 23cm wide and 27cm high, perfect for sitting on the worktop and small enough to pack neatly away in the cupboard when not in use. The total weight is less than 4.5kg so it’s lifting it in and out of storage isn’t going to be too much of a strain.
