Directions: Mix
one serving (2 scoops) into 12-16 oz of water of milk of choice. Add
fruits, greens, nut butters, or other ingredients. Shake or blend for 20
seconds.

Oatmeal: Stir into oatmeal after cooking but while still hot.

Baking: Stir into to the batter of pancakes, muffins, or other baked goods.
