How to Use

As a dietary supplement, and as with any other detox program, there may be side effects of headache, or ill feeling. We suggest 1 capsule a day for the first 2 months and you can add another capsule (2 a day) when you feel your body can handle it. Or you may choose to continue on 1 capsule a day.
