Sizing Your Shrinkx Belly Postpartum Belly Wrap

Before delivery, measure the circumference of your belly. (Repeat after me: it’s just a number … it’s just a number.) Subtract 3 to 5 inches from this measurement to determine Shrinkx Belly sizing.

After delivery, use your current belly measurements to determine the right size for you. 
S/M: fits belly measuring 25 – 43” L/XL: fits belly measuring 44 – 52” 

When in doubt, or between sizes, order the L/XL as Shrinkx Belly is fully adjustable and can size down easily for a custom fit.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE SHRINKX BELLY POSTPARTUM WRAP 

Start wearing Shrinkx Belly as much as possible (day and night) once you are comfortable after delivery. Continue wearing Shrinkx Belly until you’re back to your pre-baby figure or you don’t need additional abdominal support anymore. 5, 6, 7, 8 or more months postpartum? No problem, you can still use Shrinkx Belly.

HOW DO POSTPARTUM BELLY WRAPS WORK?

After delivery, your stomach is bloated with water and excess air which were used to nurture your baby in the womb. Postpartum belly wraps help compress your abdomen and support the uterus after childbirth. They also improve circulation, which aids in reducing swelling. Belly wraps may also assist in recovery from Diastasis Recti, a phenomenon in which the abdominal muscles separate and the connective tissue between them is thinned and stretched. This condition affects 80-99% of pregnant women.

• Silly question can you use this even if you didn’t have a baby? Mid-life midsection for shrinkage?

  We definitely have people wear this who have not had a baby. We cannot guarantee individual results of weight loss (many of the "shrinking" benefits are postpartum specific like reduing swelling), but it does provide great abdominal and lower back support.

• Is there anything bigger than an extra large?

  There is not. Our current options are S/M and L/XL, fitting either a 25-43" belly or a 44-52" belly.
