The BP-2979 buffet server is very easy to use. You can set your desired temperature easily from 45 ⁰C to 85 ⁰C by means of the adjustable thermostat. Therefore, you can always set the perfect temperature foryour dish. The indicator lights show you at a glance if the buffet warmer is turned on.
