How to maintain1. Before use: Wash with warm water, sponge or soft cleaning cloth to dry the water in the pot. Pour edible oil into the pot, and evenly coat the inside of the pot with the brush, the edge of the pot, the inside of the lid, and the edge of the lid, and let the pot rest for more than 5 hours.
2. In use: ① Put the food on the fire first, please keep the medium and small fire throughout the process, do not use a large fire. ②The cast iron pan has good thermal conductivity, please use anti-scald gloves to end the pan handle to avoid burns. ③It is forbidden to dry the empty pot, which will seriously damage the pot body. ④Use a silicone shovel or wooden shovel throughout the process. Do not use metal utensils (including hard cutlery such as knives and forks) to avoid scratching the enamel in the pot. ⑤ Do not leave food in the pot for a long time.
3. After use: ① Do not rinse the high-temperature cookware directly with cold water or put it in the refrigerator. After the pot has cooled naturally, add warm water and a little detergent, and use sponge or scouring pad to clean the inside and outside of the cookware to avoid sudden steps. The cold and sudden heat caused the enamel to fall off. ② After cleaning, dry the water in the pot and put it in a dry place.
