How to fix it:

1. There are two (2) screws in front &back of the mosuito/insect killer lamp
2. Remove the Two screws in from and back of the mosquito killer lamp
3. Remove the iron net from both the front and the back
4. Remove the bad bulb by easily turning it clockwise or anticlock wise for it to remove
5. Fix or put the new bulb
