The Sonifer SF-5551 6-in-1 Electric Salad Maker offers an efficient solution for slicing, shredding, grating, and chopping fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and herbs. Driven by a 200-watt motor, this compact countertop appliance automates meal preparation tasks to reduce manual chopping time in busy kitchens.

Equipped with 6 interchangeable stainless steel blade discs, the unit performs fine grating, coarse shredding, thin slicing, and French fry cutting directly into a receiving bowl or plate. The vertical feeding chute allows continuous processing of ingredients, while the simple rotary switch control provides straightforward operational control. Designed with a detachable blade chamber and a removable base platform, all non-electrical processing attachments disassemble easily for routine cleaning.

SAFETY NOTE

1. Do not submerge the main motor base housing, power cable, or plug in water or other liquids.
2. Always use the included food pusher to guide ingredients down the feeding tube; never insert fingers, spoons, or metal utensils into the chute while plugged in.
3. Handle the stainless steel disc blades carefully by their central plastic hubs to prevent accidental cuts.
4. Ensure the electric motor base has come to a complete stop before unlocking or swapping blade attachments.

GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Place the motor base on a flat, dry countertop and lock the processing head securely into position.
2. Select the desired stainless steel blade disc and seat it firmly onto the central drive shaft inside the chute housing.
3. Position a collection bowl or plate directly underneath the exit chute opening.
4. Plug the unit into a standard AC power outlet and turn the rotary control knob to the "ON" position.
5. Feed prepared vegetables into the top chute and press down gently using the food pusher for continuous processing.
