The Sonifer SF-8194 10-in-1 Multi-Functional Food Processor is an all-in-one kitchen station engineered to streamline meal preparation for Nigerian homes, bakeries, and catering setups. Powered by a heavy-duty 1300W pure copper motor, this appliance easily performs intensive food preparation tasks including chopping hard vegetables, grinding tough spices, blending smoothies, whisking batter, juicing citrus fruits, and kneading dough.

The main processing unit incorporates a brushed stainless steel exterior casing and houses a generous 2.5-litre food processing bowl equipped with a dual safety lock mechanism. Control is managed through a front rotary knob with three variable speed settings and a dedicated pulse function for quick burst processing. The package includes multiple quick-interchangeable attachments, such as a 1.5-litre liquidizer blender jar for smoothies and soups, a 60-gram dry mill grinder for spices or nuts, a citrus press attachment, and stainless steel cutting discs designed for slicing, shredding, and cutting French fries.

SAFETY NOTE

1. Ensure the processing bowl or blender jug is fully locked into the main motor base until the dual safety lock engages, or the motor will not activate.
2. Unplug the appliance from the power source before installing, removing, or washing any of the sharp stainless steel cutter discs or blade attachments.
3. Do not exceed the maximum liquid fill line marked on the 2.5L bowl or 1.5L blender jar during operation.
4. Never submerge the main stainless steel motor base unit in water or other liquids during cleaning; wipe clean using a damp cloth only.

GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Mount the motor base on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface and twist the 2.5L processing bowl or 1.5L blender jar onto the base until it locks securely into place.
2. Insert your desired blade, slicing disc, emulsifier, or citrus juicer attachment into the central spindle inside the bowl.
3. Place food ingredients into the container, secure the lid firmly, and use the food pusher to guide ingredients down the feed chute during processing.
4. Turn the front rotary knob to select Speed 1, 2, or 3 based on ingredient density, or hold the 'P' position for short pulse bursts.
5. Switch the knob back to '0' (Off) once processing is complete and wait for blades to come to a complete stop before unlocking the lid.
