The Shure SM7B Broadcaster Package with CloudLifter CL-1 Kit from B&H includes a Shure SM7B cardioid dynamic announcer microphone, a CloudLifter CL-1 mic activator, a broadcast arm, an XLR cable, and a pack of touch-fastener straps. It can be used to capture audio for musicians, producers, and broadcasters, as well as for recording audio for You Tube videos, voiceovers, podcasts, and more.
The SM7B mic has a smooth, flat, wide-range frequency response appropriate for music and speech applications, and shielding against electromagnetic hum generated by computer monitors, neon lights, and other electrical devices.
The CloudLifter CL-1 mic activator improves the performance of passive microphones, including ribbons, and uses standard XLR mic inputs to provide up to +25dB of clean, transparent gain. It is enclosed in a rugged steel case to provide shielding.
Finally, the broadcast arm is designed to help keep your workspace clean by eliminating the clutter of microphone stands. The broadcast arm is ideal for on-air broadcast and voiceover applications as well as for home studios and podcasters.
