Usage

• Diffuse or inhale to boost your energy levels and reduce mental and physical fatigue. It’s also great for jet lag, PMS, and seasonal depression.
• Dilute with a carrier oil and use to cleanse and tone the skin, while reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, sun spots and age spots, and fine lines.
• Use on the abdominal region to soothe cramps, bloating, constipation, and promote better digestion, and inhale to help with nausea.
• Add to your shampoo or conditioner to add extra shine to your hair while reducing oily buildup and dandruff.

Grapefruit Cheer Room Spray

Eliminate odor-causing bacteria, allergens, and pollutants while filling your space with the sweet, tangy aroma of Grapefruit with this cheerful room spray.

• 10 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
• 1 cup Water
• 1 teaspoon Witch Hazel

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well to combine. Shake again before each use. Spritz generously into the air, or onto pillows, linens, and soft furniture.
