Kong Moon Rice Stick is a dried fine noodle made from rice and water.
Ideal for stir-fried noodle with seafood and vegetables or as a soup noodle.[Cooking Methods:
1. Stir-fry: Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for about 3-5 minutes then drain. Stir-fry prepared sliced or cubed meat together with shrimps, mushrooms or desired vegetable. Add in rice vermicelli and seasoning and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Deep fry: Put the rice vermicelli in boiling oil (straight from the pack) and it will float to the surface when ready. It is also a delicious dish with cooked shredded meat. Mushroom etc are added after deep frying.
3. Cooked in soup: Boil the rice vermicelli with your favourite soup for a few minutes and add condiments before serving.
White rice sticks with natural aroma of rice. Each rice stick is 0.8 mm thick. Length is 21 cm to 22cm (this is measure after rice stick has been packed). Store in a cool and dry place
