Each tablet provides selected free form amino acids: 400 mg of L-arginine, 200 mg of L-ornithine, 25 mg of L-tyrosine, 20 mg of L-cysteine, and 10 mg of L-lysine. These are combined with the minerals potassium, magnesium, and zinc, and with chickweed and valerian root. The formula contains no preservatives, sugars, starch, or sodium.
