Each tablet contains 200 mg dried ferrous sulfate (65 mg elemental iron) equivalent to 325 mg ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. Iron is an essential mineral and is important for the production of red blood cells and specific enzymes.* No added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal for maximum results or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Store at room temperature.
