Mila is a super food that is gluten free, trans fat free, sugar free and is a superior plant based source of protein and fibre. Mila uses wide ranges of Chispecies to provide enormous nutrients. The Chia seeds provides sustainable energy,  in fact, it is another word for strength.

The product is ground, from a blend of white and dark chia seeds. Like all chia, it has no distinct flavor or aroma, thus can be added to anything without distorting the taste. In the ground state, it can be easily added to smoothies, to maintain its raw, nutritional composition. It can be sprinkled on other meals too, but may not be ideal for all meals as it does have thickening and gelling properties. It is also important to remember that Mila (or the chia seed) is a food, not a supplement.
