Humalite – is an organic humic acid granule. It’s highly reactive humified carbon source, produced by decaying plants. It’s used for stimulating the immune system and treating the flu (influenza), avian flu, swine flu and other viral infections.

Bifidobacterium breves – is a bacterial species of Bifidobacterium which has probiotic properties. It can be used to treat a number of conditions like, constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and has been known to help treat the symptoms of the cold and flu.

Bacillus clausii – bacterium that lives in soil. It’s classified as a probiotic and maintains a symbiotic relationship with the host organism. It’s currently being studied in respiratory infections and gastrointestinal disorders. It has been found to produce antimicrobial substances that active again Staphylococcus aureus, enterococcus faecium and clostridium difficile, all strain that cause toxins in the human body.

Bacillus coagulans – lactic acid forming bacterial species, often used in veterinary applications, especially a probiotic in pigs, cattle, poultry and shrimp. Reference exist in improving friendly flora, dwelling within the female anatomy. It has also been found to improve abdominal pain and bloating in IBS patients, increasing immune response to viral challenges.

Bacillus indicus – it’s the only probiotic strain that produces potent antioxidants in the intestines, where they go to work to reduce inflammation, oxidative stress, supports the immune cells and the beneficial side note of gut health.

Bacillus subtilis – known as hay bacillus or grass bacillus - it improves digestion and restore normal intestinal flora. Subtillis is used to treat bowel issues, such as diarrhea, irritable bowel, eczema, lactose intolerance and urinary tract infections.

Bacillus megaterium – bacterial cells often occur in pairs and chains, joined by polysaccharides, on the cell walls. This produces penicillin amidase, used in making synthetic penicillin and several enzymes, like amylases used in baking and glucose dehydrogenase, used in glucose blood tests.

Bacterium polymyxa / Paenibacillus polymyxa – bacterial capable of fixing nitrogen. Used as a biofertilizer and biocontrol agent in agriculture.

Bacillus pumilus – bacteria that shows high resistance in environmental stresses, including UV light exposure, desiccation and presence of oxidizers such as hydrogen peroxide and used as an active ingredient for agricultural fungicides.

Lactobacillus acidophilus – is part of the VMB (vaginal microbiota), along with other species: L. crispatus, L. gasseri, L. jensenii and L. iners. Like other items listed, many claim health benefits when consumed, improving and restoring intestinal / gut flora. One of the main probiotics used in the production of yogurt.

Lactobacillus bulgaricus – working with L. acidophilus to aid in digestion, to prevent diarrhea and relieve symptoms of IBS. Both bacterium may work by helping the body maintain normal consistency of bacteria in the stomach and intestines.

Lactobacillus plantarum / Lactiplantibacillus plantarum – a lactic-acid bacteria provides benefits for IBS patients, mainly due to normalization of stool and relief of abdominal pain, which notably improves the quality of life for IBS patients and modulate the immune system. It’s immunomodulating properties are observed among others in decreasing the level of anti-inflammatory cytokines.

Lactobacillus sporogenes – is a bacteria is a probiotic strain resistant to heat and gastric acid. This is used to treat diarrhea and constipation. Very similar to Lactobacillus coagulans and many scientists say this strain should be classified as so.

Clostridium butyricum – is a strictly anaerobic, gram-positive, spore-forming bacillus named for its capacity to produce high amount of butyric acid, that exists in the intestines and is used to help alleviate symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease and antimicrobial-associated diarrhea.

Saccharomyces boulardii – This friendly is a yeast believed to be a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, deriving from Baker’s yeast or Brewer’s yeast. it’s likely to be effective for treating certain types of diarrhea, including rotaviral diarrhea in children. There is some evidence of use for other types of diarrhea, acne, and a digestive tract infection that can lead to ulcers.

Streptococcus thermophilus – “friendly” flora, this bacteria strain is used to break down food, absorb nutrients and fight off “unfriendly” organisms that might cause illness, such as diarrhea. This is an essential lactic acid bacterium used for all types of applications.
