Kings Of Prohibition Shiraz is bootlegger intense yet well balanced with flavours of dark berries chocolate and savoury French oak. The wine is fermented on skins for seven days before pressing. Cap management is via a combination of fermenter types - ranging from Potter style tanks to open-top concrete vats.

I absolutely love a fun label or bottle design, but this wine is delicious on the inside too! I brought it along to a BBQ with friends and it was a great conversation starter, but also the kind of wine that is really approachable.
